Cannabis should never of been made illegal to begin with! What has it achieved? Now more people smoke pot than ever and instead of all that money going back into the economy it usually goes into the pockets of criminals.

Is it time to Decriminalization Marijuana? Definitely!
Decriminalization doesn't say Marijuana is okay. Legalization doesn't say
alcohol and tobacco are okay. The difference between decriminalization and legalization is significant.
Decriminalization means that it is still a crime to smoke
Marijuana. Anyone caught smoking will be given a fine similar to speeding or
parking illegally. This simple fine sends the signal that it is wrong to smoke,
and it will sustain a penalty for the offender, but will not incur cost for the
police or justice system. The amount of the fine might be very similar to the
fine incurred in court, so the harshness of the penalty in the offenders’ eyes
is the same, but the cost the tax payer is far reduced.
It is now the end of week 9, therefore this is late!
